"My laptop crashed due to a fried hard drive and I was lost. Mark was able to save all of my data and get me set up with a new device in no time. He kept me informed of what he found and what my options were from the time I dropped it off to picking the new computer up with everything transferred onto it. Very professional and great work!"

"Mark did an excellent job for us! My old computer failed and he spent many hours working on getting my files transferred from the failed hard drive to our new computer. We couldn't be happier with his service. He was kind enough to come to the house and spend as much time as was needed to set up the new computer and make sure everything I needed was operating before he left.
