"Extremely satisfied with our service and repair at Mark’s shop. We had an Apple all in one computer that was locked up. The unit was right at 3 years old. After doing some diagnostics it became clear there were other issues. Mark was great at keeping us abreast of the situation . He gave us options all along the way saving us money. Together we decided that there was just too much that needed to be done and ended up buying a new computer. Mark.s expertise was greatly appreciated and he talked so we could understand.
