"Had an unknown issue with my MacBook which the geek squad could not even figure out. Mark was able to solve the issue and fixed it within a few hours! Very professional and willing to explain everything that was wrong with the laptop and went through a step-by-step of what he did to fix it. Highly recommend and will return if I have more issues in the future!"
