"Extremely satisfied with our service and repair at Mark’s shop. We had an Apple all in one computer that was locked up. The unit was right at 3 years old. After doing some diagnostics it became clear there were other issues. Mark was great at keeping us abreast of the situation . He gave us options all along the way saving us money. Together we decided that there was just too much that needed to be done and ended up buying a new computer. Mark.s expertise was greatly appreciated and he talked so we could understand. "Mark came to us within half hour of my call, had a bad virus put on my work computer and Quickbooks program. He cleaned it back to 100%, and updated everything, along with 3 other computers in my office. We recommend him for any computer issues and sales."

"Mark.s total handling of my outdated computer system was top notch! He was able to clean up of old files and installment of many new programs and updates. He also was able to provide advice on changing internet service for better quality performance. overall, the experience was professional and i would recommend his service. He was able to explain and answer all questions and spent the extra time needed to do the job right!!"
